- Easy entry and exit. Fractional real estate investments can be bought and sold at market value at any point.
- Outgoings less than market rents and mortgage payment equivalents.
- Social impact investment and autonomous funding. Investor funded finance where some investors are also residents. Investors are provided an ethical local investment and given a secure and reasonable annual return.
- Legal tenure and security. Long-term residential leases beyond the scope of leases previously available under the NSW Residential Tenancy Act, give residents tenure rights and responsibilities equivalent to those of home owners.
- Flexibility architecture. The ability to shrink or grow your space without the usual costs of doing so.
- Integrated engineering. Infrastructure design elements such as solar heating, passive solar positioning, power generation, rainwater collection, double glazed windows and super insulated walls reduce ongoing costs.
- Real estate development experience. Using a strategic location and a proven construction team.
- Sophisticated trading system that saves our cash. A resident led system for exchange of goods and services (L.E.T.S) which provides opportunities for residents to serve the needs of other residents.
- Ancient village design principles that provide both personal privacy and spaces to gather to enhance liveability.
- Mixed use spaces. Social spaces, work spaces and visitor accomodation.
- Business practices that reduce pre-construction costs. Deferred payment for management team issued in equity rather than cash.
