- Our model is a mathematical formula underpinned by a social conscience that ties together the following components:
 
-Fractional real estate investments can be bought and sold at market value at any point. The onus is you the investor/owner to do this - the same as the owner of a property selling it. 

- Outgoings less than equivalent market rents and mortgage payments.

utonomous funding. Investor funded finance where some investors are also residents. Investors are provided a generous secure return for an ethical local investment.

Legal tenure and security. Long-term residential leases beyond the scope of leases previously available under the NSW Residential Tenancy Act, give residents tenure rights and responsibilities equivalent to those of home owners.​
